First Tutorial Project 3

 Tutorial

My Version

For this project I wanted to do a final score/stats graphic for an NHL team. I will be using stats from the most recent games and using that for this:

Pittsburgh vs Carolina

Goals - Pitt - 3 Car - 4

Shots - Pitt - 34 Car - 30

Hits - Pitt - 20 Car - 28

  1. this is really cool! I liked your video. I think what will be important here is making sure that there is variety in the way that you present the numbers. Definitely dig into some more tutorials. If you repeat the same thing, it could become boring to those watching (you're probably well aware of this), especially with numbers.

  2. This is a great idea! I agree with Lelia in that it definitely presents an opportunity to explore different ways of presenting numbers. Is there a way you could consider the different categories conceptually? Such as what does a set of numbers for goals look like vs shots vs hits. As someone who has no idea what the difference is between the three, is there someway you could explain it visually through your motion graphics? I think this idea has a lot of potential and I'm excited to see what you do with it.

  3. The concept is really good, totally agree with the others, presenting the information and numbers in different ways will break it up into being less repetitive. It would be cool if you could add the logos for the different teams too! Excited to see more of this

  4. would you be using sounds from the game itself or maybe a voie over by you?
